Who We Are
Davison and Davison is the first public adjusting company founded by a 3rd generation Builder. Daniel Davison, our founder and president, has over 26 years of hands-on construction experience and has spent over 15 years as a public adjuster. Dan has assembled a team of adjusters with prior experience working for insurance companies, in construction, mitigation, and real estate. Together we have over 100 years of experience in the insurance industry and related fields. The Davison & Davison team knows how to correlate actual building knowledge to coverages in your insurance policy, giving you a tremendous advantage in the negotiation process.

Initial Assessment: We start by thoroughly evaluating your insurance policy and assessing the damage to your property.
Documentation and Evidence Collection: Our team meticulously documents all damages, ensuring that every detail is properly recorded and accounted for. Davison & Davison will have a team of professionals on-site immediately following your loss. In addition to systematically mapping the damage to your building, our contents team also documents and inventories any lost business or personal property. We prepare a complete inventory summary that will have pricing and links for where the pricing was derived. This inventory summary is then sent to the insured for aging and final approval. In some cases, D&D will prepare a burned from site list and recreate an entire room or multiple rooms, working closely with the insured(s) for accuracy.
Claims Negotiation: We handle all communications with your insurance company, advocating for your best interests and ensuring you receive the compensation you deserve. We handle the stress of dealing with the insurance company so you can concentrate on getting back to your normal routine as quickly as possible.
Settlement Resolution: Our goal is to get you the best possible resolution/insurance settlement, all applicable coverages, while ensuring you receive fair and equitable compensation.
